The JCW-S05 pneumatic wire stripping machine is with compact but robust design, a compressed air connection is all that needs to operate the JCW-S05 pneumatic wire stripping machine. This wire stripper is an ideal entry-level model for wire processing. It's the best choice to replace hand tools with increased productivity and improved stripping quality. This wire stripping machine is suitable for both discrete wire and inner wires of multi-core up to 2mm².

Easy to use

The JCW-S05 pneumatic wire stripping machine uses a universal V-blade, which is capable to process various cross-sections for PVC, PE, or PP insulation with an outer diameter of up to 3.2mm.

The machine can perform both full and partial stripping by simple adjustment. The cutting depth, stripping position and pull-off length can be adjusted with three dials easily and precisely.

The JCW-S05 pneumatic wire stripper is activated by the trigger sensor, the wire processing is started once the wire touches the trigger sensor.
