The JCW-CS03 is our high-end & automatic wire cutting and stripping machine for electronic wire processing, suitable for continuous and long-term wire processing.

This machine is equipped with a

wire sensor: when the wire is used out, the machine will automatically stop and alarm;

air blowing device: removes wire sheath that may be stuck on the blades;

half-packed safety guard: suitable for adding a robot;

full-covered safety guard: provides all-round safety protection;

high torque stepper motor and stepper driver: extremely low noise, great cutting and stripping force.

By integrating wire pre-feeding machines, robots and conveyor belts, inkjet printer, etc customers can build automated production lines suitable for their own needs at a very low cost, thereby effectively reducing dependence on labor and reducing labor and production costs.

We will complete the assembly and testing of the entire production line before shipping. After receiving the machines, customers can quickly and easily complete the assembly.
