Cheap & Automatic Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine

The JCW-CS03 ECO is our latest low-priced automatic wire stripping machine. This machine replaces the previous JCW-CS02 and JCW-CS02 ECO. We reduce costs by eliminating some functions and configurations, such as wire lack detection, air blow, roller pressure adjustment & safety covers ( optional ), and using different levels of components, such as motors, drives, and motherboards, etc. At the same time, it continues the high-precision and high-speed processing of thin electronic wires.

JCWelec hopes to provide customers with limited budgets an efficient and high-precision fully automatic wire cutting & stripping machine, the JCW-CS03 ECO is developed for this purpose.

By integrating wire pre-feeding machines, robots and conveyor belts, customers can build automated production lines suitable for their own needs at a very low cost, thereby effectively reducing dependence on labor and reducing labor and production costs.

We will complete the assembly and testing of the entire production line before shipping. After receiving the machines, customers can quickly and easily complete the assembly.
