The JCW-2T-40MM bench-top press is designed to achieve top crimping quality. This flexible crimping machine is an excellent solution for various crimping needs. It is possible to mount most mini-style crimp applicators, including side-feed, rear-feed, pneumatic, and mechanical feed types. With the fast changeover, you can switch different crimp applicators for processing open and closed barrel terminals in roll, also loose piece terminals. 

Instead of a manual crimp tool, the JCW-2T-40MM terminal crimping machine ensures that correct crimping force is applied to the terminals when they are crimped onto wires, it also gives you greatly increased productivity.

Easy, fast, safe, quiet

The ideal speed for the crimping process can be individually adjusted to match the operator efficiency. The JCW-2T-40MM terminal crimping machine is activated by a foot pedal, the operator can use both hands to safely and accurately place the wires. Depending on operator proficiency it is possible to crimp every 1-2 seconds. This electric terminal crimping machine adopts a variable-frequency drive to minimize power consumption and cause low noise. 

The JCW-2T-40MM terminal crimping machine can be equipped with crimp force monitoring on request.

Each machine comes with power cords suitable for different countries, a foot pedal, a lamp for the working area lighting, and a reel holder bracket. 

There are 7 available models ranging from 2 tons to 12 tons for crimping different connectors.
