This wire stripping machine is suitable for both single wire and inner wires of multi-core up to 4mm². 

Simple operation

The JCW-S05E wire stripping machine uses a universal V-blade, which is capable to process various cross-sections for PVC, PE, or PP insulation with an outer diameter of up to 4mm. 

The machine can perform both full and partial stripping by simple adjustment. The cutting depth, stripping position and pull-off length can be adjusted with three dials easily and precisely. 

The JCW-S05E electric wire stripper is activated by the trigger sensor, the wire processing is started once the wire touches the trigger sensor. For small and flexible wires, processing can also be triggered by a foot pedal.
