Housing Connector Insertion Machine For Multicore Cable

The design goal of the JCW-2TP HOUSING is to meet the needs of sheathed cable connector housing insertion.  This machine can carry out manual feeding cables, automatic stripping insulation, automatic crimping terminals, and automatic insert connector housing. Achieve continuous, efficient, and high-quality products automated manufacturing.

The JCW-2TP program is controlled by an industrial computer. The stripping value, pull-off length, and housing insertion position are all programmable. The precision parts are controlled by servo motors, the transmission parts are screw rods and guide rails, the pneumatic components are from Airtac, and the detection uses CCD imaging devices with high resolution and fast response.

The processing steps are as follows: 

Manual cable loading: the cables need to be pre-cut to the specified length and stripped of the outer sheath.

Automatic wire preparation: straighten the inner wires automatically

Automatic inner wire stripping: strip off the insulation for all the wires

Automatic terminal crimping: continuously crimp terminals onto the wires

Automatic camera detecting: detect crimped terminal by CCD system

Automatic connector housing insertion: insert the wires into the connector housing

Automatic camera detecting & remove finished cable: grading the finished product and stacking it
