JCW's cable tie machines are non-standard equipment and are customized according to the cable tie specifications used by customers and the products they want to tie. 

The JCW-CT07V nylon cable tie tying machine can be used to tie coils of motor stators, wiring harnesses for small home appliances, water pipes for water dispensers and other products. 

The operator only needs to put the disordered bulk cable ties into the vibration plate at will, and the cable ties will be transmitted to the gun head through the pipe. Then step on the pedal, and the machine will automatically complete all actions from feeding, winding, tightening, cutting to collecting waste, and a single cycle only takes 1.2 seconds. 

The JCW-T07 series machines have great flexibility. They can be used with a robot to realize fully automatic cable tying in an automatic production line or fixed on a tabletop as a desktop cable tie machine.
