The JCW-CST11 is a highly cost-effective model for applications in the high-tech automotive industry. The machine serves wire cutting, stripping, seal insertion, and terminal crimping of wires in the cross-section range from 0.1 mm² to 2 mm², crimping force is 2 tons ( 20 KN ).

The JCW-CST11 is a high-performance fully automatic wire stripping, sealing, and crimping machine. A high-quality seal supply system is the core component of the whole machine. The fast and accurate feeding of the seal is a great guarantee of processing speed and precision. Production parameters are entered with the 7" color touchscreen monitor via the intuitive user interface to reduce training time and minimize entry errors. The JCW-CST11 offers vivid detection functions, wire lack detection, wire knot detection, stripping detection, crimping detection, air pressure detection and sealing detection, etc.
