Ultra-precise positioning 

The corrugated tube cutting machine JCW-C15 is suitable for cutting non-slitted corrugated tubes of 5 mm to 25 mm outer diameter. By using a visual positioning system and belt feeding system, this corrugated tube cutting machine cut the material at the precise position of the specified length on the crest or the trough. Outstanding precision meets the high-level requirements of the automotive wire harness industry. An extra slitting unit can be installed onto the JCW-C15 electrical tube cutter, which slits the non-slitted corrugated tube longitudinally. 

Built-in servo motorized tube prefeeder 

The JCW-C15 corrugated hose cutting machine combines a servo motorized tube pre feeder system. The servo motorized feeding machine guarantees high feeding speed to cooperate with cutting speed, it is capable to adopt a tube roll of 750mm outer diameter and 250mm width. The prefeeding system, multi-section storage, and buffer area straighten the flexible tube, avoiding incorrect feeding length caused by deforming. 

Due to the smart design, this cutting machine occupies a small pace, it applies to any workshop, improves the utilization of the work area. 

Simple operation, user-friendly interface
The JCW-C15 corrugated pipe cutting machine is equipped with a transparent safety cover, which provides a clear vision. When it's open, the machine will stop working automatically and immediately. This machine is equipped material run-out sensor, the machine will automatically stop when there is a shortage of material. 

Each JCW-C15 hose cutting machine comes with a bilingual display, we can also add other languages by following customers' requirements.
