The JCW-C03 heat shrink tubing cutting machine is specially designed to measure and cut shrinkable tubes up to 8mm in diameter. This machine can also be used in the medical and mechanical industry to cut silicone tubes and PVC hoses. The JCW-C03 cutting machine uses high torque stepper motors and subdivision drives, this perfect combination ensures a high cutting speed of up to 30000 pieces per hour, meanwhile, the machine is extremely quiet.

The JCW-C03 electric tubing cutting machine uses Polyurethane rollers, offers precise feeding length as well as all-around protection to the shrink tube. The clamping diameter can be changed easily by turning a wheel. 

The JCW-C03 can be used as a stand-alone machine or it can be integrated into a processing line.

Low maintenance, simple operation

The JCW-C03 electric tubing cutter is a fully programmable model. You can set the feeding speed, cutting speed, batch quantity, and total quantity via touchscreen. The input value will be saved automatically. This cutting machine is capable to save 100 programs. 

We test each machine thousands of times after installation. Each machine comes with proven quality, the robust design brings it long service life and low maintenance needs. Operators only need to put 1 - 2 drops of regular lube oil into the cutter head daily.
