The JCW-C02B cold & hot knife cutting machine is capable of cutting labels and belts up to 100mm in width and lengths up to 99.9m.  This hot cutting machine is specially designed for cutting care labels, woven belts, and other materials which need to be cut at a specified position. 

This versatile cutting length machine also works in other fields: velcro (hook & loop) tape, insulation wires, plastic tubing, films, bootlaces, soft wires, plastic zippers, copper wires, labels, hoses.

The JCW-C02B cut to length machine uses a hot knife cutting blade which will also seal the end of the material neatly so that the ends of each cut do not fray. The material run-out sensor will be triggered when the material is used out, the machine will stop automatically. 

This cutting machine has been designed to cut materials with a flat edge, round edge, oblique edge/angel, and many more depending on the customers' requirements.
